In this article, I'll show you how to setup a view in Crelate to help determine the quality of your sourcing. One metric that we often hear is "can I see what candidates I have placed and where they were sourced from?" This article is designed to create a view to show that information, following these simple steps:
Step 1: When viewing Contacts, click on the Find menu, and when the find query opens on the right side, select add field at the top and choose candidate for job.
Step 2: Choose the stage of placed and save your query
Step 3: You can save this query with any name you choose, click save, and click ok. close your query with the X
Step 4: Click on the gear icon to open the view editor
Step 5: next to any column header, you can click the drop down arrow and add additional columns you want to view
Step 6: Choose source in the column tab of the drop down
Step 7: A source header will now be added to the view, and can be moved to any position in the header list
And you should now be viewing candidates placed stage, and you can sort the source!
